Make Sugo Like Nonna. We kick off with our signature slow-simmered sugo — rich, bold, and just like the Sunday sauce you’d find in Southern Italy. Roll Fresh Pasta Together - 
Learn to mix, roll, and shape fresh pasta dough using traditional Italian techniques. Prefer to sip and socialize instead? Totally fine — participation is encouraged, not required. This is an Italian afternoon, not a classroom.
Interactive Dessert Station - 
Create, customize, and indulge at our fun dessert building station — think cannoli, tiramisù, and sweet little surprises Mama Rosa would approve of.
Wine and Mineral water flow throughout the experience. It’s all part of the immersive vibe — good food, good people, good times.
